Return and Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange policy is only applicable if STLOOK.co is at fault. No refunds will be made for promotions or promo code purchases.
Please DO NOT return any item without an approval from us.
For Return and Exchange, you would require to cover one-way courier fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
For Wrong Item(s):
We deeply apologise if you have received a wrong item(s).
- We accept item(s) in its new condition, with its original tags on and packaging sealed.
- For any returns ( in store credit refunds ), please contact us via Direct Messages to our Instagram @StealTheLook.co or contact us Stealthelook.co@gmail.com and within 3 days upon receiving and we will make sure to get back to you in 24 to 48 hours.
- Postage of the items will be required within 72 hours upon receiving respond and confirmation from us. Please DO NOT return any item without an approval from us. We reserve the rights to reject the items if (1) original tags is removed AND (2) packaging &/ seal is broken AND (3) exceeded 3 days upon receiving.
For Faulty Item(s):
We deeply apologise if you have received a faulty item(s).
- Please do include clear viable supporting picture(s) of the faulty part &/ reasons for your exchange / refund. We reserve the rights to reject the items if (1) supporting pictures is not included &/ viable AND (2) no reason being included.
- For any returns ( in store credit refunds ), please contact us via Direct Messages to our Instagram @StealTheLook.co or contact us Stealthelook.co@gmail.com and within 3 days upon receiving and we will make sure to get back to you in 24 to 48 hours.
- Upon receiving your item, we will then provide you a store credit, which will be reflected in 2-3 days.
- We will not be responsible for your return shipment. We highly encourage you to use a reliable courier with tracking number.
PROMOTIONAL CODE / SALE ITEMS / GIFT CARD / REFUND couldn't be cash out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations &/ refunds can be made. If you would like to make some changes to your order, please contact us via Direct Messages Instagram @StealTheLook.co within 24 hours. We reserve the rights to not entertain any changes if we had already placed order for your items.
SHIPPING, CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
We will not reimbursed any returns shipping cost.
Any customs duties or taxes paid on your previous purchase will not be refunded.
Please do note that you would be required to pay for a new shipping fee and possibly custom duties and taxes depending which country you’re at.
